Markis Ridenour, Owner Operator of GTS, comes from an Organic Commercial Cultivation background that spans over a decade. Throughout his career he has focused on soil science, plant science, and plant nutrition. Understanding the many different complexities within various environments has also contributed to his commercial growing successes. His passion for utilizing organic & sustainable practices has led Markis to not only produce award winning Cannabis but also cultivate some of the highest quality Organic Cannabis available across three different states. 

It was more recently while managing an organic vegetable farm here NM, that he received a valuable lesson in the power of community and gardening. The experience was not without its challenges, and one of the things Markis most appreciated was the sharing of useful garden knowledge between a variety of people. It illustrated to him how growing food can support and foster community learning and connection as well as provide greater food sovereignty.
